It would have been appropriate for Cheryl to have said that he shares this 2012 “Nexus Commonwealth Outstanding Contribution Award” – “Presented to an individual who has demonstrated long and tireless service to one or more Commonwealth institutions” with Peter Williams, who has contributed so much to education in the Commonwealth.
